RIVER STUDIES

Objectives

To contribute financially to the realization of studies allowing either the subsequent realization of works intended for the improvement of the state and functioning of watercourses and aquatic environments (maintenance, hydraulic, geomorphological or biodiversity-related works) or the development, updating or implementation of environmental contracts (SAGE, river contracts) or action plans (PAPI, ...). All studies must be linked to the items of article L 211-7 of the Environmental Code relating to GEMAPI and non-GEMAPI competencies and must concern the Drôme watersheds.

Eligible operations

– Studies within the framework of the GEMAPI component: multi-year maintenance plans, geomorphological or hydraulic studies, biodiversity studies, flood prevention plans, dike studies

– Studies within the framework of the Non-GEMAPI component: relating to environmental contracts, ...

Exclusions (non-exhaustive list)

– Studies for the enhancement of landscapes, built heritage related to water, creation of houses

– Studies not related to the items of article L 211-7 of the Environmental Code relating to GEMAPI and non-GEMAPI competencies

EPCIs and syndicates with GEMAPI competence on Drôme watersheds of less than 50,000 inhabitants and those of more than 80,000 inhabitants for some…
