RIVER WORKS

Objective

To participate in the execution of works aimed at improving and restoring the functioning of watercourses and aquatic environments, the works to be carried out having been identified as part of preliminary studies.

Eligible operations

• Maintenance work within the framework of multi-year maintenance plans, which can be carried out in-house, by construction companies or by integration companies/associations
• Works aimed at restoring the functioning of watercourses: hydraulic and geomorphological
• Works aimed at improving or strengthening biodiversity
• Works following storm damage according to the decision of the departmental assembly

Exclusions (non-exhaustive list)

• Flood protection or prevention works.
• Works related to rainwater management
• Works, in general, not falling into the eligible categories

Beneficiaries

EPCIs and syndicates with GEMAPI competence over Drôme watersheds with fewer than 50,000 inhabitants

Type of aid

Investment subsidy.

Eligible expenses

Excluding VAT or including VAT for studies without VAT recovery.

Amount/Rate of aid

Base rate:
