Each project that has received a state subsidy must be evaluated. This concerns the evaluation of cultural development and territorial action projects carried out in Ile-de-France.

What is the evaluation of cultural development and territorial action projects?

The evaluation of a project takes the form of a report. This report is written by the project-carrying structure, but all partners contribute to it.

This evaluation form will allow for the production of both a quantitative and qualitative report. No new subsidy requests will be considered if the evaluation forms for previously subsidized projects have not been submitted.

Objectives of the approach

This evaluation aims to:

• Detail the precise use made of the subsidy
• Strengthen dialogue between the different project partners
• Encourage supported structures to reflect on the effects of the actions they carry out with the public
• Strengthen dialogue between the regional directorate of cultural affairs (DRAC) and cultural structures and better understand the effects of the proposed schemes
