Are you a local public sector actor (local authority, local public establishment, etc.) and do you wish to finance a project contributing to the ecological and energy transformation of your territory, by equipping it with high-performance long-term infrastructure? The Banque des Territoires offers a loan to the Local Public Sector (PSPL) for energy transformation.

This loan finances long-term projects requiring loans of 25 years or more, within the framework of adaptation to climate change (renaturation of cities, securing land or buildings threatened by climate change, etc.), energy renovation of buildings (for an energy gain of 30% after works), construction of high-performance buildings, control of urban public lighting, implementation of projects around renewable energies, water, mobility, biodiversity or waste recovery.
