Identify the land potential of my territory, my commune

With the aim of land sobriety, the Etablissement Public Foncier Hauts de France supports communities in identifying land potential in their territory by promoting the development of land reference frameworks. The framework makes it possible to identify built and unbuilt land potential within the urban area (brownfields, infills, vacant housing, etc.), and then to qualify them (land hardness, development potential, recycling cost, site amenities, etc.). The community is the project owner, the EPF provides its expertise in terms of methodology and drafting of specifications, support for monitoring the mission and exploiting the results. The establishment can also help select the service provider and contribute to providing data necessary for studies. In some cases, the EPF can co-finance the approach up to a maximum of 50%.
