DEVICE DESCRIPTION

Departmental funding is sought for land development operations whose objectives are in line with departmental policy. Funding for a second development operation can only be requested if a period of more than thirty years separates it from the previous operation.

The Department undertakes to subsidize the necessary studies, the work of the approved land surveyor in AFAF and the impact study manager, as well as works related to land development at the rates in force.

CALCULATION METHOD

Municipality's participation in preliminary studies: 50%

No municipal participation in the work of the expert surveyor, impact studies and incidental costs (reprography, travel of CCAF members, compensation for inquiry commissioner, mortgages, legal publications...)

Grant rate:

• Project management of works: 50%
• Works of general interest (environmental measures, hydraulics, recultivation): 75%
• Municipal roads: 50% and ceiling…
