To support the professional integration of young people and boost the development of a territory, the Banque des Territoires invests in training offers for new or in-demand professions, designed with economic actors to meet their needs.

The Banque des Territoires invests in equity or quasi-equity, with a minimum of €200K, in the structure carrying out the project: training organization or center, company or association carrying out training or qualification activities.

It particularly finances projects aimed at:

• training residents in professions that will develop the attractiveness of the territory;
• providing the digital skills necessary for business transformation and the growth of new activities;
• offering qualifying training to people far from employment that corresponds to the needs of the territory.
