Allow vocational training trainees to complete internships abroad during the vocational training period

The Pays de la Loire Region is developing a proactive policy in favor of international mobility. It thus encourages, through subsidies, stays abroad for trainees in continuing vocational training. These aids mainly concern stays abroad planned as part of the Region's qualifying training courses.

Stays abroad can be collective or individual. In the case of collective stays, mobility aid also applies to accompanying trainers (on the basis of one trainer for 10 trainees).

• Trainees must be enrolled in a training course under a regional qualifying continuing training program;
• The pedagogical costs of the trainee's training must be covered by the Region;
• Collective mobility must involve at least 10 trainees;
• Stays must have a minimum duration of 5 days;
• Internships must take place in a foreign company or community;

Regional participation according to type of expense

For collective mobilities
Travel: actual costs capped at 220 € per participant (trainee and trainer).
Accommodation/catering: flat-rate aid of 30 € per participant per day.
