• A mixed syndicate
• A local public company (SPL), or local public development company (SPLA).

And if your project concerns:

• The development of the swimming profile with an environmental component
• Development work on a natural swimming site

If you meet these criteria, the granting of aid is not automatic. Your application will be studied in light of regional priorities.
