• Exchange with the community to:
  – refine the community's expectations regarding the project and site visit if applicable
  – identify the main constraints of the project
  – specify possible intervention methods

First-level project management support (free intervention):

Development of an intervention offer whose objective is to provide the community with pragmatic information regarding the feasibility of the project for objective decision-making.

Project Management Assistance (AMO) (paid intervention):

After validation of the intervention proposal by the community:

• Realization of the feasibility study under the conditions defined in the intervention offer
• Presentation of the study results to the local community
• Submission of a written report
