  – clarify the town center issue facing elected officials
  – take into account all local parameters
  – lay the groundwork for a response to the issue

Support for 1st level project management (free intervention):

Development of an intervention offer that meets the expectations defined during the initial meeting.

Project Management Assistance (AMO) (paid intervention):

After validation of the CCI's intervention proposal by the community and depending on the case:

• launch meeting of the intervention with the concerned actors (traders...)
• realization of the diagnosis of the attractiveness factors of the town center,
• intermediate rendering of the first elements of the diagnosis,
• elaboration of the action plan,
