• a template for the terms of reference for project management assistance;
  
• financial aid.

The aid concerns all communities, businesses, and associations.

Project management assistance missions will allow you to:

• ensure the quality of the project through a global vision and in coordination with the different project stakeholders;
• implement the different stages of the project and draft the specifications if necessary (design office, project management);
• ensure the regulatory and technical compliance of the installation;
• ensure the proper functioning of the installation and maintenance procedures;
• establish a territorial energy operator and structure the animation, particularly in the case of citizen projects.

Aid is conditional on the use of a service provider whose skills comply with a reference framework validated by ADEME (RGE Étude) or who can justify equivalent conditions.
