Establish a local map projecting coastline retreat

Municipalities whose urban planning actions and development policies must be adapted to hydro-sedimentary phenomena leading to coastal erosion are identified in a list set by decree. These municipalities are subject to paragraph 3 of sub-section 3 of section 1 of chapter I of title II of book I of the urban planning code and must establish a local map projecting coastline retreat.

It is these maps that can be aided by the State up to 80% of their cost.
