Highlighting sensitive natural areas

Aid for labeling as Sensitive Natural Areas, and for the development and management of labeled sites, for the preservation of natural heritage and public awareness of the environment.

Grant rate:

• Studies: maximum 80% (with a ceiling on the subsidized base: 50,000 €)
• Acquisitions: as a percentage of the market value of the plots estimated by France Domaine:

- Category 1: maximum 80% (with a ceiling on the subsidized base of 6,000 €/hectare) i.e. 4,800 €/hectare

- Category 2: maximum 60% (with a ceiling on the subsidized base of 6,000 €/hectare) i.e. 3,600 €/hectare

• Implementation of the management plan: maximum 60% (with a ceiling of 100,000 € per site)

The Department's grant rates indicated apply to expenses excluding VAT. However, these apply including VAT for the calculation of grants awarded to structures that do not recover this tax, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, and which are not beneficiaries of VAT compensation fund allocations or for operations not eligible for the VAT compensation fund.
