Develop a Lighting Master Plan (SDAL) for public lighting infrastructure

Description

The SDES commissions and finances, for the benefit of member communities with public lighting jurisdiction that wish it, a Lighting Master Plan (SDAL) for their public lighting infrastructure. This SDAL aims to define the orientations and objectives, as well as the technical and environmental principles for renovating public lighting equipment, and to establish a work program. As part of the public lighting jurisdiction of the SDES, the coverage rate is 100% (with a ceiling of €10,000 excluding tax for inter-municipalities).
