Making your roof compatible with the installation of photovoltaic panels

In order to continue its support for photovoltaic installations and with the observation that despite the purchase conditions of this new decree, the solarization of roofs can very often prove not to be profitable due to the need for ancillary works with significant costs (asbestos removal, structural reinforcement, waterproofing, etc.), the Region wished to orient its support towards the deployment of "solar-ready" buildings, capable of receiving photovoltaic installations while respecting technical constraints and maintaining the insurability of the structure.

Local authorities - Associations - Private companies - Social landlords - Co-ownership syndicates - Citizen collectives.
any public or private legal entity wishing to install solar and needing to adapt their roof for this purpose.

Commitments of project owners

Successful candidates will be required to:

• Involve the Region before any communication operation, event or inauguration.
• Inform the Region of any changes of any kind (technical, legal, economic, etc.) to the project.
• Involve the Region at each important stage of the project: drafting of specifications, choice of service provider, etc.
