Contribute to a multiplied consideration of water resources and aquatic environments by local actors, users, young people, both in a global and local dimension as close as possible to their living territory;

Raise awareness, inform, support changes in practices;

Constitute a lever for water management policies, ecological transition, mitigation and adaptation to climate change and the preservation of biodiversity, health, ...;

Facilitate the participation of the public as stakeholders in projects and support actions carried out by local actors in the general interest;

Contribute to the valorization of actions carried out in favor of natural environments and water resources and thus participate in the emergence of exemplary and reproducible projects.
