SUPPORT FOR YOUTH POLICY IN THE TERRITORIES

Objective

Support for EPCIs (Public Establishments for Inter-municipal Cooperation) that have chosen to take on youth competence for the development of related policy in conjunction with sector professionals and local associative structures.

Eligible operations

Funding requests from EPCIs that have taken on youth competence, for the implementation of youth policy.

Exclusion

EPCIs without the competence and/or without professionals to implement it in the territories.

Beneficiaries

EPCIs that have taken on youth competence.

Type of aid

Operating subsidy.

Eligible expenses

Aid calculated according to territorial criteria and distributed among the territories according to the envelope voted by the Departmental Assembly.

Amount/Rate of aid

The aid is calculated according to 4 objective territorial criteria, weighted differently to take into account the specificity of each territory and to value the most rural territories:

• the number of young people under 20 years old in the territory: the higher the number, the more the EPCI is valued. This criterion represents 15% of the global envelope.
• the number of Drôme middle school students: the higher the number, the more the EPCI is valued. This criterion represents 15% of the global envelope.
