Support for the purchase of mobile homes for agritourism accommodation - Autonomous Region Friuli-Venezia Giulia

Description

What it is: This is a contribution measure aimed at strengthening agritourism offerings through the purchase of mobile homes for agritourism accommodation. Who it's for: The measure is aimed at agricultural businesses located in the regional territory, registered in the list of agritourism operators kept by the Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Handicrafts and Agriculture, as per Article 7 of Regional Law 25 of July 22, 1996 (Regulation of Agritourism). What it provides: The contribution measure provides for the granting of de minimis aid, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2023/2831, at 40 percent of eligible expenditure and within a maximum overall limit of 25,000 euros, for: a) setup and arrangement of areas intended to host mobile homes, including the creation of parking, lighting, and fencing; b) purchase and installation of mobile homes; c) construction of sanitary facilities; d) construction of systems serving mobile homes, including home automation systems; e) technical, general, and administrative expenses within a maximum limit of 10 percent of those referred to in letters a) to d).
