1. Institutional bare ownership in Social Rental Usufruct (ULS)

The Tonus offer is wholly owned by Caisse des Dépôts. Its role is to invest in bare ownership in the construction of social housing in high-demand areas. You thus benefit from several advantages:

• You are the usufructuary of the housing for 15 to 20 years;
• Social housing organizations (OLS) save approximately 200 million euros in equity contributions;
• The acquisition of the usufruct can be 100% financed by loans from Banque des Territoires.
