Supporting the human resources needs of businesses (HR Pass)

HR Pass - The Occitanie Region supports businesses in their HR needs with this Pass.

Objective

Define the needs and challenges related to human resources and propose an operational action plan.

Beneficiaries

• VSE-SMEs* with 1 to less than 50 employees
• Agricultural holdings employing at least 1 permanent employee
• Business groups with at least 1 permanent employee and employer groups made up of companies with fewer than 50 employees,
  - Associations employing at least 1 permanent employee

Excluded as main activities: financial services and banks.

Amount: 100% coverage of the service by the Region (provided by a service provider selected by the Region).
