Context and Objectives

The Occitanie Region has reactively committed to supporting innovative, experimental, and/or partnership projects in the fields of employment, training, and guidance.

The Regional Plan for the Development of Training and Professional Guidance (CPRDFOP), signed with the State and social partners, and the Skills Investment Plan (PACTE), constitute the framework for action that allows the Region to engage with project leaders.
The Innov'Emploi scheme is part of this approach.

The main challenges of the Innov'emploi scheme

• Invest in training offerings linked to economic demand and the jobs of tomorrow
• Combat dropouts during training
• Experiment with innovative pedagogical practices adapted to isolated populations or territories
• Propose qualifying pathways to employment, with renewed content, in response to real-time and prospective economic needs
