Projects for the rehabilitation of closed railway buildings (passenger or freight buildings adjacent to passenger facilities such as car parks or platforms) in order to develop personal services there, whether public, parapublic or private, will be supported by the Region within this framework.

Regional aid is conditional on the presence of staff performing the said services.
