Au titre de sa politique dédiée au patrimoine culturel, le Département soutient la réalisation de travaux de restauration et d'entretien des objets mobiliers, meubles ou immeubles dont la gestion et le fonctionnement incombent directement aux communes ou à leurs groupements et dont l'intérêt patrimonial et historique est reconnu par l'État (inscription ou classement), ainsi que pour les études préalables afférentes à ces opérations: le taux d'aide défini dans le règlement pour les projets locaux est appliqué, par dérogation à la partie I du RU, il n'y a pas de plancher de dépenses, la dépense subventionnable retenue par le Département sera celle que l'État aura utilisée pour le calcul de sa propre subvention, plafond de dépenses éligibles : pas de plafond. Le Département limite son soutien à une subvention par commune ou groupement de communes par an, sauf cas d'urgence liée à la sécurité attestée par la Direction Régionale des Affaires culturelles ou l'Architecte des bâtiments de France, et dans la limite des crédits inscrits.

Reconnaissant le patrimoine comme facteur d'identité et d'activité des territoires, de développement personnel du citoyen, le Département des Landes soutient et promeut une action culturelle et patrimoniale globale, qui vise la qualité, l'accessibilité pour tous les publics, l'implication des territoires et des populations et l'équité territoriale. Dans le cadre de sa politique dédiée au patrimoine culturel, le Département s'attache notamment à : - conforter les musées de France comme des acteurs-équipements structurants de cette dynamique par leurs missions permanentes réglementaires inscrites dans un projet scientifique et culturel pluriannuel (telles que définies à l'article L441-2 du Code du Patrimoine, et conformément à la loi du 7 juillet 2016), - soutenir des actions à portée scientifique qui favorisent une meilleure connaissance du patrimoine départemental, - valoriser le patrimoine landais auprès du plus grand nombre. Les musées de France ont un rôle structurant et moteur dans la dynamique territoriale, éducative, culturelle et touristique. Le Département peut soutenir financièrement leurs investissements. Pour les projets d’investissements structurants le taux d’aide défini dans le règlement pour les projets structurants est appliqué. plancher de dépenses éligibles : par dérogation à la part I du règlement, pas de plancher ni de plafond de dépenses éligibles. Ces demandes seront examinées par la commission permanente du Conseil départemental. Pour les projets d’investissement d’intérêt départemental Le taux et le montant de l’aide seront fixés par l’Assemblée départementale. Plancher de dépenses éligibles : par dérogation à la part I du règlement, pas de plancher ni de plafond de dépenses éligibles. Pour l’ensemble des projets présentés, conformément au Code du patrimoine, le taux retenu pourra être bonifié comme suit : de 20 % si la responsabilité scientifique du Musée est assurée par un personnel appartenant à un cadre d'emploi ayant vocation statutaire à exercer les activités scientifiques d'un musée de France (agent titulaire de la filière culturelle de catégorie A : conservateur ou attaché de conservation) ou présentant des qualifications équivalentes reconnues par la Commission nationale d'évaluation de 10 % si le musée dispose d’un Projet Scientifique et Culturel (PSC) validé par l’État Ces deux bonifications peuvent se cumuler dans la limite d’un taux d’intervention global du Département de 50 %.

Ce dispositif vise à améliorer l'accès aux soins, le Département des Landes soutient la création ou l'extension de Maisons de Santé Pluri-professionnelles (MSP) ou de leurs annexes. Typologies d’opérations/ de projets éligibles : Sont susceptibles d’être subventionnées les créations et extensions de Maisons de Santé Pluri-professionnelles ou de leurs annexes en zone fragile ou de carence. Ces opérations sont des projets d’investissements structurants. Dépenses éligibles du projet : Sont éligibles les études préalables, les travaux et investissement immobilier.

Le Conseil départemental souhaite poursuivre sa politique de réalisation concertée avec les communes afin d'optimiser ses moyens et ceux des collectivités partenaires et déployer une offre d'équipements sportifs adaptée aux besoins des collèges et des territoires. Ce dispositif a pour objet d'aider à la création et rénovation par les communes d'équipements adaptés aux besoins spécifiques des collèges. Le taux d'aide maximal est de 36 % par dérogation à la partie I du règlement unique. Les taux et plafonds précités sont des « maximum », leur détermination pour chaque projet éligible étant fonction des crédits disponibles et de l'instruction du dossier de demande. Le plancher de dépenses éligibles est fixé à 10 000 € HT, par dérogation à la partie I du règlement intérieur. Le plafond de dépenses éligibles est fixé à 1 000 000 € sauf dans les cas suivants : le plafond de dépense subventionnable est porté à 2 000 000 € HT en cas de création ou restructuration / réhabilitation d'un équipement couvert de type gymnase, à savoir un équipement répondant aux critères suivants, qui sont cumulatifs : un équipement hors d'air, hors d'eau et chauffé ; un équipement polyvalent permettant l'exercice de plusieurs groupes d'activités physiques et sportives ; un équipement permettant l'accueil simultané d'au minimum 2 unités de travail. dans le cas d'un projet global intégrant plusieurs équipements sportifs distincts, et dont les dépenses éligibles au titre du règlement seraient supérieures à 3 M€ HT, l'Assemblée départementale pourra décider un traitement distinct de chacun des équipements.

Une collectivité peut être support d'un Point Information Jeunesse (PIJ). Ces lieux ont pour mission d'offrir aux jeunes un espace d'accueil et d'information dans tous les domaines qui les concernent dans leur vie quotidienne et l'exercice de leurs droits : enseignement, formation, emploi, métiers, vie pratique, étranger, vacances, culture, sports, loisirs, logement, droit, santé, insertion, orientation, accompagnement des projets des jeunes… Les PIJ doivent s'intégrer dans une démarche globale éducative en faveur des jeunes et développer un projet local d'information jeunesse qui tient compte : - du territoire : ses atouts et ses faiblesses, - des partenaires et autres structures de jeunes : recherche de cohérence et de complémentarité - du public : qui ? où ? quelle tranche d'âge ? quelles démarches ? - des thèmes prioritaires d'intervention. Considérant l'importance que revêt la qualité des équipements dédiés à la Jeunesse pour la meilleure information et orientation des jeunes landais et donc le développement du département, le Conseil départemental des Landes soutient l'effort des communes et communautés de communes pour la construction, la restructuration ou la réhabilitation et l'équipement des lieux dédiés à la jeunesse. L'aide départementale est conditionnée par l'obtention d'une labellisation Point Infos Jeunes. La demande de labellisation est validée dans le cadre du Comité Régional du Développement de l'Information Jeunesse. Le label implique le respect du cahier des charges et de la charte nationale de l'information jeunesse. Sont subventionnables : - les travaux de construction, de restructuration ou de réhabilitation des lieux d'accueil des PIJ et BIJ - les équipements mobiliers et notamment informatiques.

Die Aufnahme eines Gebiets, einer Stätte oder einer Route in das PDESI 40 stellt eine Gelegenheit für Projektträger dar, die sich an der vom Departement Landes initiierten Politik der „kontrollierten“ Entwicklung von Natursportarten beteiligen möchten. Aus dieser Aufnahme ergeben sich zwei Haupteffekte: Erstens ermöglicht sie den Projektträgern, von der Unterstützung des Departements zu profitieren, sowohl für Studien als auch für die Entwicklung und Verwaltung der Übungsstätten. Zweitens garantiert sie dem Nutzer den kostenlosen Zugang, die Wartung, die Sicherheit und die Überwachung. Die finanziellen Hilfen gliedern sich in Ausgaben für Studien, Entwicklungen, Verwaltung und Erwerb, die Stätten der Stufe III oder einer „Natursportstation“ zugewiesen werden, die zuvor im PDESI registriert wurden. Dennoch könnte eine departementale Hilfe ausnahmsweise für Projekte in Betracht gezogen werden, die eine Verbesserung der ESI der Stufe II ermöglichen, unter der Bedingung, dass sie deren Höherstufung auslösen. Une commune inscrite comme centralités à l'échelle départementale, engagée dans une démarche de revitalisation, dynamisation ou de restructuration de son centre-bourg ou centre- ville devra préalablement réaliser une étude de définition d'un projet d'aménagement d'ensemble du type "Plan de référence" ou document de programmation similaire. Cette étude se compose d'un diagnostic de la situation décrivant les symptômes de la dévitalisation, les besoins de restructuration ou de dynamisation proposant une stratégie élaborée en concertation avec l'EPCI et un programme d'actions pluriannuel reposant sur 4 thématiques qu'il convient de traiter dans le programme opérationnel : l'habitat et le logement, le commerce et les services, le cadre de vie et l'environnement, et les espaces publics en lien avec les mobilités, la transition énergétique et écologique ainsi que les équipements à destination de la population. Les services du Département devront être associés à la démarche à travers la mise en place d'un comité de pilotage ad hoc.

Der im Reglement für strukturierende Projekte festgelegte Fördersatz wird angewendet. Abweichende Untergrenze der förderfähigen Ausgaben für Neu- und Sanierungsprojekte: 500.000 € netto. Obergrenze der förderfähigen Ausgaben: 2.500.000 € netto, d.h. eine auf 500.000 € netto gedeckelte Förderung. Regeln für die Kumulierung mit anderen Bestimmungen: Diese Förderung ist nicht kumulierbar mit der departementalen Förderung „für die erste kulturelle Einrichtung“.

Im Bereich der Verbreitung von Live-Aufführungen, unabhängig von der angebotenen Disziplin, zielt die Intervention der Departementsverwaltung darauf ab, die Organisatoren von Kulturveranstaltungen oder Kultursaisons zu unterstützen, die im Gebiet von Landes ein Programm anbieten, das auf Kreationen von professionellen Künstlern basiert, die Orte so gestalten, dass Werke, Publikum und Künstler optimal empfangen werden können, und die eine Handlungsweise etablieren, die geeignet ist, Zuschauer zu binden. Zu den Interventionsprioritäten des Departements gehört die Begleitung von Projekten, die sich verpflichten, einen qualitativen Zugang zur Kultur für die am weitesten entfernten Zielgruppen zu fördern, sowie solche, die Aktionsprogramme entwickeln, die zur künstlerischen und kulturellen Bildung der Jüngsten beitragen. Das Katalyseprogramm ist Teil des Clusters Chemische Prozesssysteme, zu dem auch gehören: 1) das Programm Elektrochemische Systeme; 2) das Programm Grenzflächentechnik; und 3) das Programm Prozesssysteme, Reaktionstechnik und Molekulare Thermodynamik. Die Ziele des Katalyseprogramms sind die Vertiefung des grundlegenden Verständnisses in der katalytischen Ingenieurwissenschaft und die Förderung der Entwicklung von Katalysatoren und katalytischen Reaktionen, die der Gesellschaft zugutekommen. Die Forschung sollte sich auf kritische Herausforderungen und Chancen sowohl bei neuen als auch bei bewährten Katalysatortechnologien konzentrieren. Schwerpunkte können neuartige Katalysatorzusammensetzungen, -strukturen, -betriebsumgebungen, datenwissenschaftliche Werkzeuge, Theorie und Modellierung umfassen – vorzugsweise in verschiedenen Kombinationen, wie es die spezifische Reaktion und die damit verbundenen Wissens- und Technologielücken erfordern. Zielanwendungen umfassen Kraftstoffe, Spezial- und Massenchemikalien, Umweltkatalyse, Biomassekonversion zu Kraftstoffen und Chemikalien, Minderung von Treibhausgasen, Recycling von Abfallmaterialien, Erzeugung von solarem Wasserstoff sowie effiziente Wege zur Energienutzung. Thank you for your continued interest in this program. ------------ This notice announces a funding opportunity and requests grant applications for FHWA's Advanced Digital Construction Management System (ADCMS) as provided by Section 13006(a) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117-58). Established in Title 23, United States Code (CODE) 503(c)(5). The program is intended to promote, implement, deploy, demonstrate, showcase, support, and document the application of ADCMS, practices, performance, and benefits. This grant opportunity will result in distribution of up to provides $20 million of Technology and Innovation Deployment Program (TIDP) funds per fiscal year for FY 2022-2026 to accelerate the deployment and implementation of ADCMS. Due to the imposition of the obligation limitation on the Highway Trust Fund, as well as reserving funds necessary for other activities to accelerate the deployment and implementation of ADCMS activities, such as peer exchanges, the development and deployment of best practices, and training, up to $17 million is expected to be available for each fiscal year from 2022 to 2026 for award under the ADCMS Program. TheProcess Systems, Reaction Engineering, and Molecular Thermodynamicsprogram is part of the Chemical Process Systems cluster, which also includes: 1) theCatalysisprogram; 2) theElectrochemical Systemsprogram; and 3) theInterfacial Engineeringprogram. The goal of theProcess Systems, Reaction Engineering, and Molecular Thermodynamicsprogram is to advance fundamental engineering research on the rates and mechanisms of chemical reactions, systems engineering, and molecular thermodynamics as they relate to the design and optimization of chemical reactors and the production of specialized materials that have important impacts on society. The program supports the development of advanced optimization and control algorithms for chemical processes, molecular and multi-scale modeling of complex chemical systems, fundamental studies on molecular thermodynamics, and the integration of these methods and concepts into the design of novel chemical products and manufacturing processes. This program supports sustainable chemical manufacturing research on the development of energy-efficientchemical processes and environmentally-friendly chemical products through concurrent chemical product/process design methods.Sustainability is also enhanced by research that promotes the electrification of the chemical process industries over current thermally-activated processes. Proposals should focus on: Chemical reaction engineering: This area encompasses the interaction of transport phenomena and kinetics in reactive systems and the use of this knowledge in the design of chemical reactors.Research areas include(1) development of novel reactor designs, such as catalytic and membrane reactors, micro-reactors, chemical vapor and atomic layer deposition systems, (2) studies of reactions in supercritical fluids, (3) novel reaction activation techniques such as atmospheric pressure plasmas (which may be submitted under the ECLIPSE meta-program) and microwave radiation, (4) design of multifunctional and intensified systems, such as chemical-factory/lab-on-a-chip concepts, (5) nanoparticle nucleation, growth, and surface functionalization, and (6) biomass conversion to fuels and chemicals.The program also supports new approaches that enable the design of modular chemical manufacturing systems such as distributed hydrogen and ammonia production processes. Process design, optimization, and control: This area encompasses process systems science, including the development of process modeling, design, control and optimization theory and algorithms; process development proposals are not appropriate for this program.High-priority research topics include process intensification, modular process systems, smart manufacturing, large-scale carbon dioxide capture and conversion, computational tools (including those based on quantum computing methods) enabling advanced chemical manufacturing, real-time optimization and control of large-scale chemical systems with quantitative sustainability metrics, machine learning, and optimization of enterprise-wide processes involving planning, scheduling, and real-time control to create resilient supply chains. Reactive polymer processing: Program scope in this area is limited to research that integrates synthesis and processing to engineer specific nanoscale structures and compositions to tune the macroscopic scale properties of polymers, such as their ability to biodegrade or to be recycled. The focus is on reactive processes that address these environmental concerns while producing tailor-made macromolecular materials. Molecular thermodynamics: This area focuses on fundamental research that combines principles of classical thermodynamics, statistical mechanics, and atomistic-scale simulations to improve chemical processing and to facilitate synthesis of novel functional materials such as catalysts, polymers, solvents, and colloids. Topics include fundamental studies on self- and directed-assembly of nanoscale-level patterned polymer films, machine-learning methods to predict structure-property relationships, large-ensemble molecular dynamics simulations, simulation of peptide self-assembly and protein interactions, and behavior of multiphase and reactive systems under nanoscale confinement. The ultimate goal of research supported by this program is to enable the development of more efficient chemical processes, improve environmental sustainability and water quality, and design functional materials with tailored properties. Innovative proposals outside of these specific interest areas may be considered.However, prior to submission, it is recommended that the Principal Investigator contact the program director to avoid the possibility of the proposal being returned without review. Hypothesis-driven research plans are encouraged. INFORMATION COMMON TO MOST CBET PROGRAMS Proposals should address the novelty and/or potentially transformative nature of the proposed work compared to previous work in the field. Synopsis TheCellular and Biochemical Engineering(CBE)program is part of theEngineering Biology and Healthcluster, which also includes: 1) theBiophotonicsprogram; 2) theBiosensingprogram; 3) theDisability and Rehabilitation Engineeringprogram; and 4) theEngineering of Biomedical Systemsprogram. TheCellular and Biochemical Engineeringprogram supports fundamental engineering research that advances understanding of cellular andbiomolecular processes. CBE-funded research may lead to the development of enabling technology for advanced biomanufacturing of therapeutic cells, biochemicals, and biopharmaceuticals, and for otherbiotechnology industrie. The program encourages highly innovative and potentially transformative engineering research leading to novel bioprocessing and biomanufacturing approaches. Fundamental to many CBE research projects is the understanding of how biomolecules, subcellular systems, cells, and cell populations interact, and how those interactions lead to changes in structure, function, and behavior. A quantitative treatment of problems related to biological processes is considered vital to successful research projects in the CBE program. Major areas of interest for the program include: Metabolic engineering and synthetic biology for biomanufacturing, The design of synthetic metabolic components and synthetic cells, Microbiome structure, function, maintenance, and design, Protein and enzyme engineering, and Design of integrated chemoenzymatic systems. The Disability and Rehabilitation Engineering program is part of the Engineering Biology and Health cluster, which also includes: 1) the Biophotonics program; 2) the Biosensing program; 3) the Cellular and Biochemical Engineering program; and 4) the Engineering of Biomedical Systems program. The Disability and Rehabilitation Engineering program supports fundamental engineering research that will improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through the development of new theories, methodologies, technologies, or devices. Disabilities could be developmental, cognitive, hearing, mobility, visual, selfcare, independent living, or other. Proposed projects must advance knowledge regarding a specific human disability or pathological motion or understanding of injury mechanisms. Research may be supported that is directed toward the characterization, restoration, rehabilitation, and/or substitution of human functional ability or cognition, or to the interaction between persons with disabilities and their environment. Areas of particular interest are neuroengineering, rehabilitation robotics, brain-inspired assistive or rehabilitative systems, theoretical or computational methods, and novel models of functional recovery including the development and application of artificial physiological systems. Emphasis is placed on significant advancement of fundamental engineering knowledge that facilitates transformative outcomes. The DARE Program encourages high-risk/high-reward proposals that surpass incremental technological improvements. The DARE Program also encourages participatory design and the inclusion of trainees with disabilities as part of the proposed research or broader impacts. Innovative proposals outside of the above specific interest areas may be considered. However, prior to submission, it is recommended that the PI contact the Program Director to avoid the possibility of the proposal being returned without review. NSF does not support clinical trials; however, feasibility studies involving human volunteers may be supported if appropriate to the project objectives. Furthermore, the DARE program does not support proposals having as their central theme commercialization of a product.
