Access to standard contracts to frame a transparent relationship between architects and different categories of project owners

The CNOA makes available to everyone standard contract templates to frame a transparent and explicit relationship between architects and a wide variety of project owner categories. Each of these requires specific and adapted wording.

CNOA now offers you access to these contracts through their new interactive digital tool: the "Contrathèque". Thanks to it, you can now draft your contracts directly online, with a practical and intuitive tool. This will guide you step by step through the process by providing explanations and comments that can help you make choices or understand the stakes of this or that clause. Your drafting will remain visible and verifiable at all times.

The contrathèque gives you multiple freedoms and facilities: you remain free to download your templates directly, as was already the case. You can also, for more regular users, open an online account (free), to keep your contract drafts in progress, return to them, enter recurring data and retrieve them automatically in the contract, add appendices, etc.

This platform, launched in a 'beta' version, will be progressively improved to take into account user feedback and enriched with new functionalities. The CNOA will regularly organize webinars…
