Acquire an old barn to create a communal workshop

The EPF facilitates the mobilization of urban renewal sites necessary for community projects. As part of an operational agreement signed with the community, the establishment acquires, holds, and prepares (constitution of the land base, waste and pollution management, deconstruction, pre-greening) the land necessary for the previously defined operation. The community undertakes to repurchase, or have repurchased by a designated operator, the site at the end of the agreement. Temporary uses can be developed on the sites during the period of land ownership. The EPF finances a part of its intervention from its own funds.

The EPF's intervention covers a wide variety of themes (housing, economic development, revitalization of city centers and market towns, public facilities, risks and biodiversity, brownfield redevelopment, etc.) across all types of territory.

Projects related to housing, economic development, revitalization of city centers and market towns, risks, biodiversity, UNESCO heritage, brownfields, and land reserves.
