Acquire land in urban renewal for my projects (residential, tertiary, economic development, to create equipment..)

The Etablissement Public Foncier Hauts de France facilitates the mobilization of urban renewal sites necessary for community projects. Within the framework of an operational agreement signed with the community, the establishment acquires, holds, and prepares (constitution of the land base, waste and pollution management, deconstruction, pre-greening) the land necessary for the previously defined operation. The community undertakes to repurchase, or have repurchased by a designated operator, the site at the end of the agreement. Temporary uses can be developed on the sites during the land holding period. The EPF finances a part of its intervention from its own funds.
The EPF's intervention covers a wide variety of themes (housing, economic development, revitalization of city centers and market towns, public facilities, risks and biodiversity, brownfield redevelopment...) in all types of territories.
