This fund aims to facilitate the realization of structuring real estate projects, led by qualified operators or local authorities, by contributing to the financing of deficits to enable the realization of these operations in territories identified for their fragility. Indeed, projects to restructure the commercial, craft, and service fabric are heavy and complex operations that increase costs and generate deficits, often justifying the mobilization of a balancing subsidy.
