Carry out diagnosis, support, and financing for entrepreneurs, traders, and restaurateurs setting up in vacant premises (including municipal premises)

Initiative France is the leading associative network for financing and supporting business creators, buyers, and developers. The 206 associations in the network welcome entrepreneurs, evaluate their projects, finance them with an interest-free honor loan with no collateral required, and support entrepreneurs free of charge by providing them with support from other business leaders and enabling them to access a local economic network.

With a common objective of economic and social revitalization of territories, the associations support local authorities in identifying, financing, and supporting project holders likely to set up in empty premises :

• Participation in the action plan for revitalizing city centers and market towns
• Research and identification of traders, artisans, or restaurateurs who can set up in vacant premises thanks to the expertise of the approval committee: Composed of volunteer experts and local business leaders, the approval committee decides on the allocation of an honor loan and the support of project holders, at the operational start of their activity and for several years.
