Support for the installation of solar heat pumps for hot water production

ADEME invites project leaders to adopt a "EnR'Choix" approach, prioritizing sobriety, the pooling of production means, and the mobilization of certain RE&R.

Thus, before making an investment in renewable or recovered heat, the project leader must demonstrate that the following points have been taken into account:

1. reduction of need: reflection and implementation of sobriety and energy efficiency measures on buildings or processes before sizing the biomass boiler room;
2. pooling of needs: connection to an existing virtuous heat network when possible, or study of the potential for creating a heat network to pool the renewable heat production tool across several buildings;
3. recovery of waste heat: study of locally available waste heat sources and their adequacy with needs;
4. consideration of other locally available RE: study of geothermal and solar thermal potential and their adequacy with needs (alone or in addition to biomass).
