Support for inclusive grouped housing projects

The Department of Landes wishes to commit to the development of a shared housing offer, which includes inclusive housing. Indeed, inclusive housing constitutes a complementary mode of housing to home and institutional care. This housing solution is a symbol of housing's ability to adapt to people's problems. It offers a response, among others, that combines quality construction, support adapted to the needs of community life and socialization, and specific financing methods.

For the creation of housing:

• new construction: flat-rate aid of 5,000 € per dwelling,
• acquisition-improvement: flat-rate aid of 5,000 € with a bonus of 5,000 €, i.e. 10,000 € per dwelling,
• rehabilitation of social housing: flat-rate aid of 10,000 € per dwelling.

By derogation from article 10 of the general part of the regulations, grant application files may be submitted throughout the year.
