Financing the rehabilitation of social housing with the Eco-loan

Banque des Territoires offers Éco-prêt, a loan offer aimed at financing the rehabilitation of the most energy-intensive social housing.

• In mainland France: it applies to housing with a TH-C-E ex energy audit or a rental DPE and whose primary energy consumption is at least 151 kWh/m2/year.
• In the DOM: the loan applies to housing built before May 1, 2010 in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Reunion and Martinique, but also to those built before July 1, 2014 in Mayotte.

Discover the characteristics of the Eco-loan:

• A maximum amount of 22,000 € per dwelling;
• An increase of 2,000 € per dwelling for operations labeled HPE renovation (High Energy Performance) or BBC renovation (Low Consumption Building Effinergie);
