DESCRIPTION OF THE SCHEME

Support the production in Charente of social and very social housing through acquisition-improvement and in the form of land recycling operations, by public landlords (including local authorities), under the Prêt locatif aidé d'intégration (PLA-I) or Prêt locatif à usage social (PLUS) programs in town centers and city centers.

Objective: to offer attractive housing, allowing:

• to promote exchanges, social ties
• to promote proximity to services, transport, shops
• to reinvest in town centers
• to contribute to land sobriety
  

CALCULATION METHOD

Flat-rate aid per dwelling:

• PLA-I for acquisition-improvement and land recycling operations (qualified as such by state services): 12 000 €
• PLUS for acquisition-improvement, acquisition-demolition-reconstruction and land recycling operations (qualified as such by state services): 8 000 €
