BUSINESS real estate AID (A.I.E) - LARGE PROJECTS

Objectives

This aid aims to encourage the establishment and development of businesses in the territory to contribute to the creation of sustainable jobs and support their commitment to environmentally friendly approaches.

Eligible operations

• Fall within a sector of activity of production, processing or qualified services to businesses, according to the list attached in the appendix;

• Carry out a development or installation project requiring a real estate investment located in an AFR (Regional Aid) zone as defined by decree n° 2022-968 of June 30, 2022 relating to regional aid zones and investment aid zones for small and medium-sized enterprises for the period 2022-2027;

• Make a real estate investment of a minimum amount of 200,000 € excluding tax outside rural revitalization zones (ZRR) and a minimum of 50,000 € excluding tax in ZRR;

• commit to maintaining its activity for a minimum of five years (3 years for small and medium-sized enterprises);

• Commit not to distribute dividends during the three years following the granting of aid, except in exceptional cases duly justified and validated by the EPCI and the Department:

• Dividend repatriation to a holding company for loan repayment.
