BUSINESS REAL ESTATE AID (A.I.E) for the development of a quality agritourism offer

Objectives

This aid aims to support projects for improving agritourism reception, i.e., projects carried out by agricultural holdings whose objectives are:

• Develop or improve an educational or leisure reception activity for the public, a farm catering activity (construction of an extension to the farm to create a dining room, a reception room for workshops, etc.) or farm accommodation,

• Improve visitor reception by offering them a service related to well-being (spa areas, massage, etc.),

• Improve the reception of tourists practicing a nature sport (bike shelter, tack room, etc.).

This regulation will be implemented directly by the EPCI or by the Drôme Department, via a delegation agreement for the granting competence.

Eligible operations

Eligibility conditions:

Support will cover real estate investments made on an active agricultural holding: objects sealed to the ground or walls (creation of a building for a restaurant room extension, sanitary block of a campsite, closing of a hangar to create a reception room for workshops related to agricultural production, etc.). The project must be located in Drôme.
