AID TO STRUCTURING ECONOMIC EQUIPMENT CARRIED BY EPCI

Objective

As the guarantor of territorial solidarity, the Department of Drôme supports the balanced development of Drôme territories.

As such, it has decided to contribute to the implementation of an economic environment for territorial development to promote employment.

In a context of fighting against urban sprawl and the scarcity of available economic land

the sustainable requalification of existing business parks and zones constitutes an important issue for local development.

The purpose of this regulation is therefore to co-finance projects for the requalification or redevelopment of existing economic activity zones (ZAE) under the project management of the Public Establishments for Intercommunal Cooperation of Drôme (EPCI with own taxation).

Eligible operations

Projects for the requalification or redevelopment of economic activity zones under public project management (EPCI with own taxation).

• Requalification aims to restore and/or rehabilitate an existing economic activity zone by proceeding with the elimination of obsolete elements and improving the management of the zone. The requalification project must be part of a broader territorial reflection aimed at defining a long-term strategic positioning for the activity zone. It must take into account the economic needs...
