Assistance for studies on the regulatory protection of agricultural areas

The Region supports opportunity and implementation studies for the following regulatory approaches:

• Protected agricultural zones, defined in article L.112-2 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code
• Protection perimeters for peri-urban agricultural and natural areas, defined in article L.143-1 of the Urban Planning Code

Communes and their groupings

The regulatory protection approach must be part of a more global policy to boost and maintain agricultural activities (e.g., agricultural charter, land animation, transmission-installation animation, actions in favor of short circuits, territorial food system, etc.)
