Learning to use land files (Training)

Description

Since 2009, Cerema has been processing, geolocating and enriching the land files of the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques (Dgfip, MAJIC data) on behalf of the Ministry in charge of Ecology and Housing, to enable public actors to easily carry out detailed and comparable analyses on their national territory. The land files describe in detail the fiscal land use, the premises as well as the various property rights linked to them. They have now become essential for a better understanding of land in many public policies such as land use, planning, housing, risk management and energy. Cerema invites you to discover the content and uses of the land files through an operational handling of the data. The training provides thematic notions on data and their use, and technical notions for data manipulation

• Understand the content of the land files and the uses of the data, know how to assess the reliability of the variables
• Provide tools adapted to the ambitions of public policies
• Know how to manipulate the main variables of the land files through SQL queries (structured query language).
