Studies on heating or cooling networks powered by RES and/or RES&R

Your project:

• You have a heating or cooling network project between several buildings.
• You want to define a master plan for networks for your community.
• These heating or cooling networks will be powered by renewable or recovered energy.

Depending on the regions, ADEME relies on certain relays to promote renewable energies. As such, advice, opportunity notes and pre-feasibility studies can be provided free of charge. Aid for investment in a heating or cooling network is conditional on the production of a feasibility study for the creation of a network or a master plan for networks for an extension.

Aid for studies and master plans is conditional on the use of a service provider whose skills comply with a reference framework validated by ADEME (RGE Études with the relevant qualification(s) for RES production, supplemented by the “OPQIBI 1319 Heat and Cold Transport Studies” certification for the “network” part of the project), or who can justify equivalent conditions.

Before investing, ADEME recommends using service providers, design offices or consulting firms, to support you in the preliminary decision-making and, if applicable, in the monitoring of the work.
