Develop heat networks

Territoire d’Énergie Somme is statutorily competent in the field of heat networks based on renewable and recovered energies and develops projects in the Somme Department in close collaboration with local authorities, which transfer this competence of production/distribution of renewable heat "Heat Networks" to it.

Territoire d’Énergie Somme informs and advises on possible sectors by carrying out opportunity studies integrating sizing, supply, and possibilities of legal structuring of the project in order to assess the opportunity of a solution alongside the communities. These then have the possibility of transferring their "renewable heat" competence to Territoire d’Énergie Somme, which makes the investment and fully finances the project, builds the networks and operates them.
