The Banque des Territoires offers the PLAI loan to social housing organizations, local authorities, and non-profit organizations.

The PLAI loan, or Prêt Locatif Aidé d'Intégration (Assisted Rental Integration Loan), is a loan offer dedicated to financing social rental housing production operations. This offer allows the financing of:

• The construction of social rental housing;
• The acquisition of housing;
• The acquisition of premises to transform them into social rental housing;
• Acquisition through the VEFA (sale in future state of completion) formula;
• The realization of collective housing operations intended for elderly people, people with disabilities, students, or young active people;
• The construction and acquisition-improvement of emergency and integration accommodation centers (CHU, CHRS, and CADA) that meet housing standards.
