The PLUS loan allows the financing of:

• The construction of social housing for rental use;
• The acquisition of housing with or without improvement works;
• The acquisition of premises with a view to their transformation into social rental housing;
• The acquisition by the off-plan sale (VEFA) formula;
• The realization of collective housing operations intended for the elderly, disabled people, students and young workers.
