The PLS (Prêt Locatif Social) loan offer from Banque des Territoires finances projects aimed at:

• Constructing social rental housing, with or without land acquisition;
• Acquiring housing with or without improvement works;
• Acquiring premises to transform them into social rental housing;
• Carrying out collective housing operations for people with disabilities, the elderly, young workers, and students.

PLS loans are loans from the Caisse des Dépôts savings funds. Their amount must represent at least half of the cost price of the operation. A complementary loan to the PLS may be granted.
