Benefit from the Shared Energy Consulting (CEP) scheme

The "Shared Energy Consulting" (CEP) service offered by TE80 consists of sharing the energy expertise of 4 specialized technicians. This allows communities that do not have sufficient internal resources to implement a controlled energy policy and to take concrete action on their assets to achieve savings.

Shared Energy Consulting in a few words:

• Energy audit of assets (buildings and boiler rooms)
• Analysis and monitoring of consumption
• Independent and personalized advice (tariff optimization, drafting of specifications, search for qualified craftsmen, etc.)
• Search for financial levers (EEC, regional subsidies, crowdfunding, etc.)
• Implementation of grouped procurement operations
• Operations under project management mandate for communities wishing to entrust the management of studies and works
• Search for financial levers
• Valorization of EECs
• Granting of financial aid (Territorial Renewable Heat Contract, contribution fund for energy territory renovation according to the modalities)

To establish an energy balance, the CEP carries out an inventory of assets, relies in particular on the analysis of the latest water/gas and electricity consumption bills for municipal buildings, and provides expertise on the community's planned projects.
