Mastering energy in public buildings

Territoire d'énergie Mayenne is the privileged interlocutor for local authorities and individuals, for everything concerning gas and electricity networks. On behalf of the communes of the department that own the gas and electricity networks, Territoire d'énergie Mayenne intervenes on the public network for all works guaranteeing the quality of the energy distributed.

In addition to its missions on the electricity and gas network, Territoire d'énergie Mayenne supports communes that wish to implement a controlled energy policy and take concrete action on their heritage to make savings.

For communes belonging to an EPCI that has signed the framework agreement with TEM, the syndicate helps finance energy audits. The syndicate submits and processes applications on behalf of local authorities to the FNCCR within the framework of the ACTEE programs for financial aid. Monitoring tools are also made available.
