Request co-financing for the creation of Shared Energy Advisor (CEP) positions and obtain support through a dedicated training program

ADEME co-finances the creation of CEP positions for 3 years. The objective is that the savings generated by the CEP contribute to financing its position after 3 years.

ADEME animates the system by offering CEPs a dedicated training program, a collaborative space including an exchange forum and a shared directory, webinars and exchange meetings.

The daily missions of the CEP consist of:

• carrying out energy assessments and proposing prioritized improvements
  
• supporting energy projects undertaken by municipalities
  
• raising awareness among elected officials/managers/users
  
• initiating collective operations at the territorial level (group purchases, valorization of CEEs, etc.)

The main objective of the CEP is to support and advise small municipalities and member inter-municipalities on their public heritage in terms of:

• reduction of consumption, expenses and CO₂ emissions
  
• development of Renewable Energies

CEP positions can be held by different types of actors: energy syndicates, ALEC, EPCI, Pays/PETR/PNR, associations.
