Develop the housing supply

The Établissement public foncier d'Occitanie intervenes in public interest projects to ensure tailor-made land action, without claiming any remuneration for its action. It can:

• support the local authority in the design and feasibility study (technical, economic and legal) of its project;

• acquire, at the request and on behalf of the local authority, the assets necessary for the future realization of the project, then hold them until the start of the project before transferring them to the authority or directly to the operator responsible for its implementation.

The EPF d'Occitanie offers its expertise to local authorities to build a tailor-made land strategy that takes into account the specificities of the territories, the housing needs of the population and the land market.

The establishment intervenes with local authorities on development projects of any size, within the framework of various programs (housing, economic activities, protection of natural spaces), with adapted holding times (short, medium, long term), in contrasting urban situations (old center with heritage value, town to be revitalized, industrial wasteland, infill sites in tense areas, tourist areas...), as long as these operations are consistent with the o…
