Prepare a land acquisition project

The Établissement Public Foncier Local des territoires Oise et Aisne (Local Public Land Establishment of the Oise and Aisne territories) supports its members in implementing land acquisition projects falling within the framework of the 202024-2028 Multi-Year Intervention Program: housing, revitalization of a center, economic activities, remediation of brownfields, local shops, biodiversity and renaturation, local public facilities, infill development...

This engineering and consulting phase, prior to a potential land intervention, is free of charge. To better prepare the land action, co-financing for a study may be granted (see dedicated page for this aid).

For non-member communities, an appointment can be requested with the EPFLO to discuss your projects and the membership process.
