Preliminary studies for global heritage site enhancement operations

The Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, a key partner in heritage enhancement, supports communities through aid for studies – whether historical, legal, feasibility, programming, or diagnostic – by closely associating itself with their monitoring to guarantee coherent and sustainable projects.

Objectives

These studies aim to analyze the needs, the potential (strengths and weaknesses) of a heritage site and to propose a project adapted to the identified constraints, in order to proceed with optimized enhancement or tourism development. Such studies are essential for decision-making for major tourism development projects.
