Making the station a service hub for territorial revitalization

Aid objective: To encourage the establishment of services and activities in stations, in order to contribute to the revitalization of territories and the attractiveness of rail transport.

General Presentation

Place de la Gare aims to reinvent stations by facilitating the establishment of activities and services for travelers and local residents. The program thus seeks to support local economic development and maintain lively stations throughout the territory.

Available spaces, indicated on a dedicated website in the form of calls for projects. The list of potentially eligible stations is indicated in the appendix. Remarks:

• The list is composed of stations located in municipalities also eligible for Petites Villes de Demain and which have a passenger building.
• Calls for projects are organized by batches of stations, serialized over time and prioritized according to:

1. The reality of available valuable spaces,
2. Territorial issues – the station service policy also being discussed with the Regions,
